2. Custom Orders and Approvals
All orders are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer. Once the order is placed and confirmed, the design and details cannot be changed. Please ensure all details are accurate before finalizing your order.

3. Production and Delivery Times
Production times may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Estimated delivery dates are provided but may be subject to change based on external factors.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs provided by the customer are assumed to be free of copyright restrictions. MerchSoQuick is not responsible for copyright infringement related to designs provided by customers.

5. Limitation of Liability
MerchSoQuick will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of business, revenue, or data.

6. Privacy
Customer information is kept secure and private, used only to process and ship orders, and to communicate with customers regarding their orders.

 

Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 15 days of receiving the product.

    • For defective products, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

    • For non-defective products, a full refund minus a 50% restocking fee will be issued.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for defective products only within 15 days of receiving the product. We will replace the defective item with a new one, free of charge.

Product condition & Window

  • Product condition: New only

  • Window: 15 days from receiving the product.

Method & Fees

  • Method: By mail - Return label provided by us

  • Customer responsibility: None for defective products. Customer responsible for return shipping on non-defective products.

  • Restocking fees: 50% of the product price for non-defective returns.

  • Refund processing time: 7 days

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will review the case and process a full refund as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they are still in the pre-production phase. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Accepted Payment Methods
MerchSoQuick accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal for all transactions. We do not accept checks, cash, or any other forms of payment at this time.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed or begin production until payment is received in full.

Currency
All transactions are processed in USD. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, if applicable.

Order Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact our customer service team.

Payment Security
